Christine was recommended to us after an initial bad first experience with another realtor. She immediately came in and made up for lost time. She was patient, informative, and relentless in our 2-year search for a lake home. Selling our Milwaukee-area home proved to be a greater challenge than she initially thought. She persevered and did whatever it took to get the sale. We would recommend Christine to anyone in a unique situation, both challenging in terms of time, perserverance, and an always changing home market economy.

As a first time home buyer Christine did a phenomenal job! She was great at explaining the process and made sure I understood every part of it. She was available when I had questions and took care of any issue quickly. She handled offer negotiations and got me an amazing deal in a tough market. Christine is extremely friendly and approachable, and I couldn't be happier with the house and overall experience. I heartily recommend her to anyone looking at getting into the housing market.

Christine Leny is and was a kind caring realtor from the moment we met her to her selling our home after the 4th or 5th person entering our home. We were within 4,000.00 of What we had thought the house should be marketed for. Christine did a soft open house which she took to each neighbor's home with snacks and homemade cookies to go. Neighbors were very thankful and impressed! She walked us through all questions we had and there were a lot!! Her kindness and fun continued with a home made cake in the shape of a castle with awesome frosting and sprinkles, an engraved cutting board with our initial craved into it. Wow!! Last but not least we received a card at our new home with new address labels just in time to send Christmas cards. Thoughtful, considerate, above and beyond what I have ever experienced from other realitors! Christine is a beautiful person in every aspect of life! I cannot thank her enough for all she did for us!! She is a gem.

Christine is amazing. We looked at houses for a few months and she worked with me personally on every offer until we got our house. She was always available and worked with my schedule. She also gave me references for cleaning, handyman and roofer.

I was fortunate enough to find Christine through a friend. She is the most attentive and responsive real estate agent I have ever encountered. She works like I do like a dog and really gets to know what you’re looking for. The house that I’m living in right now I wasn’t looking for but she knew it had the right amenities that I was desiring she made this happen. Now I have downsized to the home that I wanted and she sold my previous home with an offer sight unseen. She has amazing work ethics, and I would recommend her over all the other real estate agents that I have known. In my life span I’ve owned 12 houses. It’s with Christine was hands-down, the best.

Christine Leny was an absolute pleasure to work with on buying my first house. Despite me being completely ignorant when it comes to buying a home, she was able to walk me through the process and did so with a patiently polite demeanor. She was not afraid to tell us if a home had issues with the home itself, owners, etc. She was also not afraid to tell us if a home would cost us more or if a home had good value. She took care of everything from home inspections to closing, and we couldn’t have done this without her. We now own our first home thanks to her! Christine Leny helped my husband and I purchase our first condo in 2019. She was the perfect mix of personable and professional. One of her greatest strengths is her strong communication. As a result, she helped us to stay organized and informed all along the way. After we finished purchasing our first place, she even made a cake and presented us with a sign. That sign is something that we keep in our kitchen, to this day! Ultimately, Austin and I could not have asked for a better experience. Christine Leny, what can I say. You were absolutely fantastic. Always available and if you weren't, you let me know when you would call. If I had any question, you answered it timely. Your personality is so professional, but your down to earth manner was comforting when I was stressed. I never felt rushed when viewing homes or during phone calls. You made it possible for me to find my castle. Your heart is so in your work and it shows! I don't think there would be anyone else that could have done better!!! Thank you for everything! We got Christine’s name from the mortgage lender we have used a number of times. He said she was very good. He was right! Christine worked very hard to learn exactly what we were looking for. She didn’t try to talk us into something that wasn’t a perfect fit and was patient, patient, patient during the 3 months it took to find our perfect home. She helped us figure out exactly the best strategy for selling our older home, too—what needed to be done and what wasn’t necessary. She hired a great photographer to take pictures of the old home to show off it’s best assets. Our home sold in less than 48 hours and it was during a slower season. Thank you Christine!

We have been working with Christine for years. We were house hunting during Covid and she showed us an excessive amount of homes and wrote probably about 10 offers. We ended up pulling out of the house buying market for a few years and she always kept in touch. When we were finally moving out of state our first call was to Christine to sell our WI home.
